Arceo Frames is run by Arceo Studio Collective. This page describes what happens to a photograph and the details you give us when you design and order a piece here. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
| What | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| The photograph you upload | To show you the piece in a frame, check the file can carry the size you choose, and print it. It is stored on our server under a random file name from the moment you upload it. |
| Your name, email, phone and any note you add | To confirm the order, tell you when it ships, ask how it arrived, and reach you if something about the file or the piece needs a decision. |
| Your shipping address | To deliver the piece. It is passed to the lab that prints and ships it. |
| Your payment | Your card is entered directly with Authorize.net, our payment processor. The card number never reaches our server. We keep the last four digits and the transaction reference so we can match a payment to an order. |
| Your cart | Kept in your own browser's storage so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device until you check out. |
We use no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies on this store. Nothing on this page reports your visit to anyone.
Only the companies needed to make and deliver your order, and each receives only what its step requires. None of them may use your photograph or your details for anything of their own.
We never sell, rent or share your photograph or your details for marketing, and we never publish a photograph you upload here anywhere, for any reason, without your separate written permission.
Your photograph and your order record are kept so the piece can be produced and, if a print ever needs to be remade, remade from the same file. Order records are kept for as long as accounting requires.
If you would like your photograph deleted once your piece has arrived, email us and it is removed within thirty days. Photographs uploaded but never ordered can be deleted on request at any time.
The "On your wall" preview builds a small 3D model of your piece so your phone can show it at scale. The model is stored under an unguessable key so the phone can fetch it, and it holds only the face of the piece you were designing.
Write to Julian@arceoclubs.com. Julian reads it himself. Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it is done.
This page describes the store as it runs today. If the way it handles your information changes, this page changes with it. Last updated September 17, 2026.
